TEA Instructional Materials Implementation Cooperative Leadership Series: Day 3
Share
The purpose of this professional development session is to strengthen instructional leadership by introducing participants to the Bluebonnet Learning observation tools designed to support the implementation of high-quality materials. Leaders will become familiar with the structure, purpose, and use of these tools to effectively observe classroom instruction, gather meaningful data, and align feedback with the expectations of the Bluebonnet Learning framework. Emphasis will be placed on using observation data to provide targeted, actionable feedback that supports teacher growth, reinforces instructional priorities, and promotes consistent practice across classrooms. This session will prepare leaders to use observation and feedback as powerful levers for continuous improvement.
