The purpose of this professional development session is to build leadership capacity around effective instructional planning by introducing participants to the unit and lesson internalization protocols aligned to Bluebonnet Learning materials. Leaders will gain a clear understanding of the structures and processes that guide thoughtful preparation, including how to analyze instructional materials, identify key learning goals, and anticipate student needs.
