Effective Early Childhood Instruction for the Young Emergent Bilingual Learner






Participants will examine appropriate instructional activities Title III, Part A-funded local educational agencies (LEAs) may implement in order to ensure that young emergent bilingual students (ELs) attain high levels of academic achievement in English.

This session will provide teachers and administrators a better understanding of how to design early childhood instruction to meet the needs of young EB students’ language development and examine the critical areas of academic success.
