Are you a rural district exploring how to attract, reward, and retain highly effective teachers through the Texas Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA)? This information session is designed for superintendents and district leadership teams interested in joining the TIA Rural Cohort. Participation in this session is a required step for referral into the cohort. The cohort is free of cost. 

During this session, attendees will receive an overview of the TIA program, including its purpose, designation system, and funding model. The presentation will walk through the application process, timeline for approval, and specific supports available to rural districts in the cohort. Attendees will also learn about the benefits of cohort participation, including access to targeted training, individualized coaching, and application guidance.
