This year’s theme is “GT in the Sub-Pops”, as we explore the various sub populations of students through the lens of Gifted and Talented Services. 

This workshop will explore the Texas Education Agency's website for providing PBL experiences for the state's gifted learners. This website is called the Texas Performance Standards Project.

Each of these "Pick Six" one-hour courses counts as one hour of credit/PD toward your six-hour state mandated hours. The courses began on May 15, 2025 and will end on May 31, 2026. PLEASE r

PLEASE remember to print your certificates after completing the course. You will find your certificate ready to print in your Region 8 ESC teacher account. You can complete the short survey and then print your certificate. It is hoped that the content helps in your effectiveness and better understanding of this sub-pop.
