Educator Wellness
Practical Wellbeing Strategies To Support Educators
Share
Much like one should put on their own oxygen mask before helping others, it can be said that the staff must first take care of their own well-being before they are equipped to meet the needs of the students they serve. Emotional wellness is a major component of an educator's daily life because it affects interactions with students, parents, colleagues, and administrators.
Important Session Information:
Join us as we discover ways to manage stress and foster a supportive community within schools that can significantly contribute to the well-being of educators, ultimately benefiting teachers, counselors and students. We will discuss trauma and how trauma affects educator wellness. We will also focus on how to create a self-care plan to address the four core components of resilience and other wellness strategies.
