Transition 101: An Overview of Transition Services






Understanding what Transition Services are and how they help students realize dreams is essential to the transition process. Whether a transition specialist, special education teacher or secondary-level case manager, you often build the essential relationships with students and their families that make real outcomes happen for students with disabilities. This session provides an overview of transition services so that staff in all areas understand how to meaningfully contribute to the transition process.
