Writing Effective Behavior Intervention Plans
Share
Behavior Intervention Plans are designed to support students who exhibit behavior challenges in the classroom. These plans should be based on data collected about the student's behavior and incorporate evidence-based strategies to help curb undesired behaviors. Understanding the behavior's function through an FBA is crucial to developing the strategies necessary to intervene. Join this session to better understand the functions of behavior and how to prescribe evidence-based strategies within a BIP to enhance student functioning in the classroom and educational setting.
