Using Data to Create an Instructional Focus is designed to empower leaders with the skills to utilize data effectively in shaping instructional strategies. Tailored for school leaders this workshop delves into the process of analyzing various forms of data, including universal screeners, benchmarks, unit tests, etc. Participants will learn to identify trends, pinpoint areas for growth, and develop targeted action plans to enhance student learning outcomes. By leveraging data-driven insights, attendees will gain the confidence and expertise to establish a clear instructional focus that aligns with the needs and growth of students.
