This workshop fulfills Day 5 of the state mandated five-day, 30-hour gifted and talented training for all teachers who provide G/T services to students. In Day 5, participants will focus on the following objectives:

1. Understand elements of depth and complexity.
2. Practice as a group with elements of depth and complexity.
3. Develop a unit with depth and complexity.
4. Understand interrelationships of Kaplan’s elements of depth and complexity.
5. Examine the TPSP website and strategies for implementation of TPSP projects for differentiation and rigor for G/T learners.
