The School Counselor's Role in Individual Counseling

This workshop will cover the school counselor's role in providing short-term individual counseling.  The Texas Model for Comprehensive Counseling outlines the role to make counseling interventions accessible to all students.  School Counselors apply interventions to students whose developmental needs, personal concerns, or challenges affect their continued educational, career, personal, or social development.
