WBSCM Series: RA102 - ENTITLEMENT






Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) currently utilizes Texas Unified Nutrition Program System (TX-UNPS) to manage USDA Foods for the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and Summer Food Service Program (SFSP).  On August 1, 2022 TDA transitioned the entitlement management, ordering, and receiving functions from the TX-UNPS FDP module to USDA's Web Based Supply Chain Management (WBSCM) system.

Important Session Information:


This is an IN-PERSON session for the Web Based Supply Chain Management (WBSCM) Recipient Agencies (RA).

This module will cover WBSCM Entitlement/Bonus Summary and Entitlement/Bonus Detail Reports which include beginning entitlement balance, remaining entitlement balance, and bonuses.

Objective of this class is for participants to be able to:

• Understand and identify how to access Entitlement and Bonus Reports (both summary and detailed).

• Identify where to locate beginning entitlement balance, remaining entitlement balance and bonuses for current and previous school years.

• Identify where to locate entitlement order totals and entitlement pounds in
