Virtual PD - NBCT Overview: Journey to Certification






Learn about the National Board Certified Teacher process from start to finish and how Region 8 ESC can support you through the journey. The session goal is to help teachers make an informed decision on whether or not it's the right time to begin certification.

Session presenter will be Angie Raney, NBCT, 2000-2020, CTE EAYA.


Important Session Information:


Learn about the process of National Board Teacher Certification to determine if now is the right time for you to become an NBCT. National Board Certified Teachers receive a "recognized" designation under the Teacher Incentive Allotment and can earn from $3K-$9K per year for five years.
