Transition Services! Bolster Student Outcomes, CCMR, and Accountability






Effective transition services lead students with disabilities to a future of hope and purpose.  This session addresses both the programming and protocols leading to enhanced student employability and independent living skills.  Explore processes necessary to document and accurately report these successes for district accountability and College Career Military Readiness (CCMR) measures.  Texas graduation requirements, endorsements, levels of CTE participation and support,  PEIMS coding, and updated recommendations for documentation for graduating students will be addressed.   Learn how the provision of comprehensive transition services is a win for both students and the district.  This course can be attended virtually or in-person at Region 8.  A Zoom link will be provided to all registrants.
