Join us as we discover how TEKS-aligned Eureka Math is thoughtfully constructed like a story that allows students to “gain a deeper understanding of the why behind the numbers.”  It is “meticulously coherent, with an intense focus on key concepts that layer over time, creating enduring knowledge.”  This session, based on RBIS, will prepare teachers for effective implementation of Eureka Math. We will preview resources, organize materials and learn how the models and problem solving methods stay with the students year after year. While we explore the provided teacher lesson plans, student materials, unit assessments, and guidance for remote learning, we will gain insight into how these pieces work together to strongly impact student learning.
