Financial Management for School Food Service Directors






The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program provide free or low-cost meals to millions of school children each day. Managing the financial resources of these programs is critical to ensure programs uphold the highest standards for nutrition and quality. This class aims to provide guidance for School Administrators, Business Officials, and SNP Directors on developing local procedures to meet those standards.
