State Compensatory Education Overview

State Compensatory Education (SCE) is a program intended to supplement the regular or basic education program with compensatory, intensive, and/or accelerated instruction. It requires Texas LEAs to offer additional instruction to each student who meets one or more statutory or locally-define eligibility criteria in order to reduce disparity in performance. During this session, we will provide an overview of the program along with any relevant updates.
