Virtual -Differentiated Monitoring and Support Self-Assessment Overview Trainings






During this training session, you will learn about the self-assessment process and consider how to best complete the self-assessment. We will walk through the Differentiated Monitoring and Support System, which is the system used to monitor special education programs in the State of Texas.  You will: Be able to explain the required LEA activities under the Differentiated Monitoring System; Be able to understand and complete the steps of the Self-Assessment; Be able to use the Self-Assessment Rubric to determine Quality Levels; Understand how to use the Ascend platform to complete the Self-Assessment.

             February 3 from 9:00-11:00am (Repeated)

Where: Register through the zoom link here.  These trainings will be virtual.

Who: All team members.  We recommend creating a team and inviting them to attend the training together.  Your team might include a variety of campus staff (Ex: Campus Principals, General Education Teachers, Curriculum Directors, 504/RTI Coordinators, Diagnosticians.)
