Participants will learn the very basics of the components required in the meal pattern and will practice activities that will strengthen their skills in quickly identifying reimbursable meals and implementing Offer vs Serve correctly. This is the perfect training for everyone including the part-time cashiers and servers.
Important Session Information:
Participants will review recognizing a reimbursable meal at the point of service and have a better understanding of OVS in regards to a School Lunch meal and School Breakfast meal.
