Virtual PD - The Power of the Positive Role Model
Part 1 of a 4 Part Series

As educators, we carry many roles and responsibilities. One of the main tasks is being a positive role model and support for all kids. But, sometimes, educators face challenging behaviors and situations.  Being a positive role model can be difficult in those positions. This session will focus on self-efficacy, the sense of belonging, and tools to be an effective role model even when you mess up in those tough to handle times.
