Virtual PD Social Studies Fun: Using Breakout Rooms and Scavenger Hunts to Make Social Studies Engaging and Fun






Participants will enjoy this day as they work collaboratively to both experience the engagement and fun of Breakout Rooms and Scavenger Hunts.  Additionally, they will work to design these experiences specific to their subject area.  Breakout Rooms and Scavenger Hunts are excellent strategies to not only ensure instruction is TEKS based but also to ensure that instruction and learning are differentiated for various learning styles and are high on the Bloom's scale.
