Virtual PD Effective Strategies and Resources for the Social Studies Government/Economics Classroom






While this workshop specifically targets twelfth grade government/economics, it is open to all grade levels as well.  Participants will work to develop effective face-to-face and virtual learning opportunities for students.  Activities will focus on the processing TEKS within the government/economics curriculum as well as focus on specific units of study.  There will also be opportunities to explore modern-day social media posts that can be turned into fun, engaging technology-based learning opportunities for students.
