First-time Superintendent's (including the first time in the state) shall participate in a one-year mentorship which includes at least 36 clock hours of professional development directly related to the standards identified in TAC Title 19, Part 7, Chapter 242, Rule 242.15 of this title (relating to Standards Required for the Superintendent Certificate).
