Essential Tools of the Trade (ETT) is a tool developed by Texas School for the Blind and Visually Impaired to guide and inform VI and O&M personnel in conducting the Functional Vision Evaluation and Learning Media Assessment process. Detailed descriptions are provided for every step of the process for doing the FVE and LMA. Districts will receive a copy of the ETT  manual.
