This class includes an overview of nutrition education resources offered to contracting entities (CE's). It identifies key United States Department (USDA) Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) regulations and requirements related to infant feeding. We will review infant meal patterns and safe food handling guidelines. Participants will learn how to complete and maintain required infant feeding records.
