Creating a Cooperative Learning Classroom






During this session, we will take an in-depth look at the cooperative learning approach, including tools for integrating cooperative learning into all aspects of your practice. Participants will learn to transform teaching strategies and classroom environment to improve student learning and engagement. In addition, participants will develop strategies for creating student groups that will maximize students' participation and create a healthy interdependence among all group members to learn. We will also explore the research on the use of cooperative learning as it relates to Hattie's Visible Learning.
