Lawyer Dave Richards will provide an overview of Section 504 as a civil rights law and a complete picture of Section 504 process. He will share the most current 504 forms best practices. Additionally, discussion of the different approaches taken by OCR and the federal courts with respect to Section 504 issues will be included.
