Printmaking

Presenters from the Tyler Museum of Art will provide instruction to help educators use contemporary artistic practices to provide their students with dynamic, printmaking processes while keeping down the cost of materials.

Important Session Information:

This workshop, presented by the Tyler Museum of Art,  will help educators use contemporary artistic practices to provide their students with dynamic, engaging printmaking processes while keeping down the cost of materials. We begin by working together to construct simple, but highly functional machines like presses and screen frames using materials available from hardware and hobby stores. We will spend time experimenting with our creations and brainstorming ideas for projects for the classroom that are appropriate for all grade levels.
