Supplement, Not Supplant Methodology

Title I requires districts to have a written methodology for distributing state and local funds to campuses in order to demonstrate that Title I funds are supplementing basic programs. This session is an opportunity for districts to work collaboratively on the development of their 2019-20 Supplement, Not Supplant Methodology. Participants will receive an overview of Title I SNS requirements, followed by time to work with the assistance of ESC staff.
