Region 8 ESC is proud to bring the Dallas Holocaust Museum to northeast Texas. The DHC brings world-class training to our teachers each and every summer, and this summer's line-up promises to be the best ever! Don't miss this opportunity to spend a full day of professional development with DHC's experts. Facilitators will have plenty of resources and ideas for you.


Important Session Information:


You are invited to a once in a lifetime opportunity to visit the new Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum before it officially opens. August 12, 2019

10:30 am to 3:30 pm

Participants will receive:

• Exclusive sneak peek tour of the never before seen exhibit

• A look at the new Dimensions in Testimony Theater

• Professional development on TEKS-alignment and lesson planning

• Free parking • Educational resources for the classroom

• On-site lunch This exclusive opportunity is available to 40 teachers from ESC Region 8. For more information or to register, contact Steve Hammons at shammons@reg8.net. 

Participants are responsible for transportation to and from the museum.  Lunch will be provided.
