K-2 Science: Growing Up Wild!

Elementary science teachers will discover childrens' sense of wonder about nature through a wide range of hands-on activities and experiences.  Growing Up Wild provides an early foundation for developing positive impressions about the natural world and academic skills. This session will include activities that help to teach the elementary science TEKS for the pre-kindergarten through second grade classroom.  Join us for this great day of outdoor fun and learning!

Each participant in attendance will need to pay a supply fee of $35 and will receive a copy of the "Growing Up Wild" curriculum planning and resource guide from Texas Parks and Wildlife.
