This training is provided for campuses identified by TEA as needing Comprehensive Support and Improvement, or labeled Improvement Required.

The DCSI, principal, and principal supervisor must attend. Ideally, all members of the Campus Leadership Team would attend.

Prior to attending this training, the campus leadership team along with the DCSI should complete the Visioning Training (the PSP or ESC Contact can help districts locate the training materials).

This 1-day training consists of four sections intended to provide the steps necessary for school leadership to drive school improvement efforts and develop the required plan. The four pieces of the training are:

• Focused Data Analysis
• Guided Root Cause Analysis
• Aligned Strategy Identification
• Implementation Planning & Fidelity
