This is Day 1 of a 3 day Workshop. Each session will cover a different set of topics and each session is scheduled to help meet the upcoming challenges that the New Food Service Director faces. If you are a New Food Service Director or need a refresher, this class will help you to ultimately master the program rules, regulations, and resources. All Directors welcome!!

This is covered in 5 sessions July 2017 - Feb 2018. Registered participants should commit to attending all 5 sessions of the course.  2 days in July, 1 day each October, January, and February.
