GT Six-Hour Update: Identifying and Serving Emerging Bilingual Students
This workshop opportunity will equip participants with the tools necessary to help them effectively identify and serve student populations who are Emerging Bilingual. The workshop will consist of a keynote speaker to begin the day, then allow participants to choose among breakout sessions, before ending with a town-hall style question and answer period. Participants will receive their yearly six-hour G/T update as well. We hope you can join us for this very special day as we learn about strategies and techniques in identifying our EL/EB students as well as effectively serving them as high-level learners.
Lunch will be from 12:15 to 1:30
